Collecting Your Order from Our Warehouse
You can choose Collect from Warehouse at checkout and pick your order up from us instead of having it delivered.
Important: please do not come to collect your order until you have received a "ready for pickup" email from us confirming it is ready for collection. Orders are not available to collect straight after you place them. They need to be picked and packed first (usually 2–4 working days), and arriving before you hear from us may mean a wasted journey.
How it works
- Place your order and choose Collect from Warehouse at checkout.
- We prepare your order. Our team picks and packs it for you, usually within 2–4 working days.
- We email you when it's ready. You'll receive a "ready for pickup" email confirming your order can be collected.
- Collect your order within 48 hours of receiving that email.
Collection hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday: 9am – 4pm
- Closed weekends and bank holidays. Weekend collections are not available unless arranged in advance.
When you collect
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email, or a valid ID matching the name on the order.
- If someone else is collecting for you (for example a courier or colleague), please let us know their name in advance.
- You are responsible for transporting your goods safely once collected.
If you can't collect in time
- If your order isn't collected within 48 hours of our ready-for-pickup email, we'll contact you to rearrange.
- We can hold orders for up to 72 hours after our ready-for-pickup email. If the order isn't collected and no other arrangement has been agreed, it may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.
- Any refund will be handled under our returns policy, and restocking fees may apply.
